Toasted Marshmallow Tagalong Peanut Butter Cake Bars

These decadent bars combine the irresistible flavors of toasted marshmallows, creamy peanut butter, and chocolate cake mix with the crunch of Tagalong cookies. Perfect for indulging in a sweet treat

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 sleeve Tagalong cookies, chopped
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, milk, and peanut butter until well mixed

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan

Layer chopped Tagalong cookies on top of the mixture

Top with marshmallows, covering the cookies completely

Press remaining cake mixture over the marshmallows

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown

Allow to cool before cutting into bars
