Choco-Berry Oatmeal

Indulge in a comforting and satisfying breakfast with this delicious vegan choco-berry oatmeal. Rich cocoa flavor combined with sweet berries and creamy oats make for a nutritious and decadent morning treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

Put rolled oats and plant-based milk in a saucepan and mix them together

Over medium heat, bring to a simmer and stir every now and then

Turn down the heat to low and add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

After 5 to 7 minutes of cooking, the mixture should get thicker and the oats should be soft

Take it off the heat and add the mixed berries

To serve, put oatmeal into bowls and top with vegan chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Enjoy while hot
