Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine Cliffhanger Pinot Grigio 2017
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400F 200C

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish

Top salmon with minced garlic, lemon slices, and chopped parsley

Drizzle olive oil and white wine over the salmon fillets

Place a small piece of butter on top of each fillet

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork

Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired
