Oreo Cookie Bark Recipe

Indulge in the delightful combination of Oreo cookies and white chocolate with a touch of semisweet chocolate swirls. This Oreo cookie bark is easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 12 oz 340g white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup mini Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Place the Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush them into small pieces

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler

Spread the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, creating an even layer

Sprinkle the crushed Oreo pieces over the melted white chocolate layer

Drizzle the melted semisweet chocolate over the Oreo pieces

Using a toothpick or a skewer, gently swirl the chocolates together to create a marbled effect

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the bark cool and harden for about 1 hour

Once fully hardened, break the bark into pieces

Serve and enjoy
