Oil-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These oil-free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are a healthier take on the classic cookie recipe. Made with wholesome ingredients and without any added oils, theyre perfect for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Put peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix them together until they are well mixed

Mix in the oat flour, baking soda, and a little salt

Make sure the ingredients are well mixed in

Add the chocolate chips and mix them in

Make little balls out of the dough and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Use a fork to slightly flatten each ball to make a crisscross pattern

When the edges are golden brown, its done baking

Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet

Then, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling
