Cinnamon Spiced Almond Paleo Sugar Cookies

These cookies are great for people on the paleo diet because they are made with almond flour and maple syrup or honey for sweetness. They are a great treat for any occasion because the warm flavors of cinnamon make them feel good.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms

Scoop out pieces of dough with a cookie scoop or spoon and roll them into balls

Put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

To make a crisscross pattern, gently press down on each dough ball with a fork

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
