Maple Mustard Grilled Chicken is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines the tanginess of Dijon mustard with the sweetness of maple syrup, creating a delicious marinade for grilled chicken breasts.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish

Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated

Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and juices run clear, turning once halfway through cooking

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired
