One Pot Herb and Garlic Chicken Pasta

This One Pot Herb and Garlic Chicken Pasta is a flavorful and satisfying meal thats easy to make in just one pot, minimizing cleanup. Tender chicken, aromatic garlic, and a blend of herbs create a delicious sauce that coats every bite of pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Toast the bread in a large pan or pot over medium-low heat

Cut up the chicken and add it to the pan

Cook until the chicken turns brown

Put in the diced onion and bell peppers

Cook until the vegetables get soft

Add salt, pepper, chicken broth, heavy cream, dried basil, and dried oregano

When it starts to boil, add the penne pasta

Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pasta is done and the sauce has thickened

Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix it in until it melts and is well mixed in

Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
