No-Rise Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust

If you want to make your own pizza but dont want to wait for the dough to rise, this No-Rise Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust recipe is perfect for you. The herbs and spices give the crust a lot of flavor, making it thin and crispy. Add your favorite toppings to make it your own for a quick and filling meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions:

Warm up your oven to 475F 245C and put a baking sheet or pizza stone in it to heat up

Put the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix them together

Mix the dry ingredients together with the olive oil and warm water

Keep mixing until a dough forms

Spread some flour on a surface and knead the dough for two to three minutes, until its smooth

Make a thin circle out of the dough that is about 12 inches across

It will be easier to move the dough to the hot baking surface after putting it on a piece of parchment paper

Spread out the garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes if using on top of the dough

With care, put the pizza dough on the parchment paper and place it on the hot pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven

Put it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and golden brown

Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it
