With its creamy pumpkin, warm spices, and sweet vanilla, this Autumn Spice Smoothie is a great mix of flavors that go well together. You can enjoy it as a treat any time of the day or on a cool fall morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Put pumpkin puree, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and ice cubes in a blender

Blend until its smooth and creamy

If you want, you can change how sweet or spicy it is

Pour into glasses and serve right away

If you want, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
