Ingredients:

  • 1 store-bought angel food cake, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup meringue cookies, crushed
  • Zest of 1 lemon for garnish

Instructions:

In serving glasses or bowls, layer angel food cake cubes at the bottom

Spoon a layer of lemon curd over the cake cubes

Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the lemon curd

Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream

Sprinkle crushed meringue cookies over the top for added texture and sweetness
