Grilled Salmon with Spiced Mayo

A spicy mayo really brings this grilled salmon recipe to life and gives it a great kick. To keep the salmon moist and tender, grill it. The spiced mayo adds a zesty and creamy topping. Its a quick and easy keto-friendly meal that tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Add salt and black pepper to the salmon fillets

Put mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and mix them together

This will make spiced mayo

Salmon fillets should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are cooked all the way through and have grill marks

Brush the spiced mayo over the salmon fillets in the last minute of cooking

Take the salmon off the grill and serve it right away with lemon wedges

If you want, add fresh herbs as a garnish
