Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

This grilled lemon herb chicken is perfect for summer BBQs. The zesty lemon and aromatic herbs create a flavorful marinade that keeps the chicken juicy and tender. Its a simple yet delicious dish thats sure to impress your guests

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl

This is how you make the marinade

Spread the chicken breasts out in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well covered

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours to marinate

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Cook chicken breasts on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are done and the juices run clear

Once done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes

If you want, you can serve it hot with extra lemon slices and fresh herbs on top
