Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
- Sliced jalapeo for optional heat
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, chickpeas, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, and pepper
