Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Put the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Stir the mixture every 30 seconds while heating it in the microwave until the white chocolate is melted and the whole thing is smooth

The crushed peppermint candies, peppermint extract, unsalted butter, and salt should all be mixed together well

Put the fudge mix into a dry, clean jar and press it down to make it even

After putting the lid on tight, let the jar cool at room temperature for a few hours

This will help the fudge set

The fudge can be kept in the jar once its set, or it can be taken out and cut into squares to serve
