Sweet Potato Fries

These sweet potato fries are a healthier alternative to traditional fries, packed with flavor and nutrients. They make a perfect side dish or snack

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are crispy and golden brown

Serve hot and enjoy
