Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the salmon fillets

Put chopped garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl

Melt the butter and mix it all together

Use the butter mixture to cover the salmon fillets all the way through

The salmon should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and flaky when pierced with a fork
