With no crust, this Keto Crustless Quiche is a low-carb treat full of tasty flavors. Its great for a filling brunch, breakfast, or even a light dinner. With bacon, eggs, cheese, spinach, and cheese, its high in protein and nutrients and low in carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a bowl until everything is well mixed

Mix in the bacon bits, spinach leaves, green onions, and cheese that has been shred

Put the mix into a 9-inch pie or quiche pan that has been greased

Put the quiche in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is set and a little golden

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it

Enjoy while still warm
