Minions Cookies

These delightful Minions Cookies are a fun and tasty treat for fans of the lovable Minions characters. Theyre soft, buttery cookies studded with colorful candy-coated chocolates and adorned with cute edible candy eyes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup yellow and blue candy-coated chocolates
  • Edible candy eyes

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl using a whisk

Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth

Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well

Slowly add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just until everything is combined

Add the candy-coated chocolates slowly and carefully

Place dough balls on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between each one

To make the Minion faces, carefully press candy eyes onto the cookies

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

You can now serve and enjoy your cute Minions cookies
