Garlic and Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops

These grilled lamb chops with garlic and rosemary will make your taste buds happy. The tasty marinade brings out the lambs natural flavor, making a dish that is sure to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade

Rub the marinade over both sides of each lamb chop, ensuring they are well-coated

Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

Place the marinated lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness

Remove lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving
